Anil Paranjpe
Catalyst. Lifelong learner. Creative traveller in life.
Something shifted for Anil over the last decade — or rather, many things did, one after another, like a series of quiet awakenings. What began as a gradual loosening of old beliefs and habits became something far more freeing: the discovery of what it feels like to truly be yourself. Not the version of yourself shaped by expectations and accumulated patterns, but the one underneath — lighter, more curious, more alive.
That journey of integration — of bringing together every chapter of a rich and varied life — has led Anil to where he is today: someone who wants, above all, to help others experience that same sense of freedom and fullness. He brings to this work a rare combination of depth and warmth, shaped by decades of learning across wildly different worlds.
His career began in the earth itself — as a geotechnical engineer, he studied the ground beneath our feet, understanding what holds things up and what gives way. From there, his path wound through software quality, organisational learning, and eventually into the human side of things: what makes teams work, what makes cultures thrive, what makes people feel seen and supported. For years he consulted with startups and small companies, helping them find their footing — shaping leadership, defining processes, and nurturing the kind of environments where people could do their best work. He also walked alongside individuals as a catalyst for change, holding space for the questions that matter most.
He served as a Global Steward for the Society for Organisational Learning, and his own learning never stopped — from the lecture halls of Vanderbilt University to programmes on personal mastery in California, he has always been someone who takes growth seriously, and personally.
Today, Anil's focus is squarely on being a catalyst — on being present with people as they navigate their own transformations. He approaches each encounter with gratitude, love, and an unending sense of wonder, and an open hand extended to anyone who senses there might be a richer, more authentic way to live.
